How can I improve the performance of a Matrox Mystique 220 video card? Can it be overclocked and if so, how? Thank you for your time and I am looking forward to your responses.

Update the drivers and if its a geforce... download either coolbits (only works on betas) or something like rivatuner or nvmax, powerstrip is good but u get an annoying message evertime u turn the pc on if u dont register it....

Uhh its a Mystique, obviously not a Geforce.

I THINK Powerstrip supports the card. I know it supports my G200 so you should probably be ok.
