ATI radeon 64mb ddr only seeing 32mb

I am runnning windows XP and the driver for the Radeon 64mb ddr VIVO graphics card is only recognizing 32 mbs. Has anyone else had this problem?
Can anybody offer some help?
ATI hasn't been very informative.
