Help with 939 ram timings

Hi,

I've just upgraded from a socket a mobo to 939 (asrock dual). Anyway, everything is going alright with my overclock so far, but i need to know what all these extra ram timmings are and how they should eb adjusted in realation to others.

all i need it a quite explination, or a link to a guide.
