building a new system

Thinking about getting a 7600 GT (Nvidia) and I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions for an ATi Card, around the same price range, $150-$200 Any Advice would be greatly appreciated.
Target Rig:

Asus m2n-sli Deluxe
AMD 64 3500+ Socket AM2
DDR2 800 ram

7600gt is nice card for the price

if you can do 240.00 i say x1800xt ?
