you guys think its worth moving to those size barbs from my 10/8 od/id 1/4 bsp bards. using my existing kit just moving up in bard and tubing size ?

Well, moving the barb size up would make for more flow, depending on what waterblock you use, it could be good or not do anything, the other thing is, upgrade all the barbs? or just replace a few? System specs and watercooling gear specs would also be appreciated =]

he he you must of seen me pics - all the barbs replaced - alphacool xp block not lite - swiftech mcw60 - alphacool nexxxos extreme 111 rad - hydor l20 pump (ok stop laughing i can ear it from here) oh and cape cool plex 25 res

ops re system old northwood 2.8 at 3.2 6600gt on loop - but only few more weeks till 940D

You could get a 930 and overclock, I have a 920 @ 3.5 GHz, unelss there's some sort of cache difference I never noticed, oh well I get the 965 soon anyway when conroe comes out =] But I think that switching the barbs would be beneficial because if it is 1/2" you are getting more flow (obviously), but if you're using a high restriction block (I'm not familiar with Alphacool) then switching it won't do much good because it's basically one of those "weakest link in the chain" sort of things.

And yes I've seen your pictures, sweet setup, I just don't remember everything I see lol.

cool think i will switch then and upgrade the pump later on needs it anyway ap1510 maybe something with abit of umph

DD-D5 is a nice and powerful pump, I like it a lot.
