SimpleTech-PriceCostco ram?

hmm, my dad bought this stuff when he went to costco today, and i was wondering if i should open it, does anyone have experience with SimpleTech ram? if so does it oc well? i need it to run till about 145fsb, for my dads celly 1.2....

Got some of that in D6VAA. Ran at 150MHz no problem for me at CAS3.

The module I have has a Micron chipset.
