I was reading about the new Abit 965 board and although it only has one x16 slot it has 9 SATA conn on the pro version one of which is for external use. It has 10 USB conn, so who is going to need that? Not me lol.

Well, the new Intel southbridge doesnt have any native PATA anymore, so they upped the SATA ports and USB ports to make up for it...
