Memory and CPU upgrade time

I am in the middle of finally upgrading this thing. I'm looking at some OCZ DDR ram to replace this 768Mb mismatched pair that I have. http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16820227031

Also, if I do decide to purchase these item's I would be interested in finding another NF7-s 2.0. My mother has decided that she wants a computer. My extra pieces that I would have would make her a great computer that she would never use to it's full extent.
Anyways, your opinions on all of this is very wanted.

As many have posted here over the past few weeks, the best thing for you to do at this time is wait. Significant changes in the market coming up at the end of this month will mean both new products and drastic price cuts across the board.

Spend a little time looking around the AMD and Intel CPU forums and you'll get the full picture. Come August, reassess your budget and available hardware and then go from there...
