Firefox F@H Extension

Found it last night while updating the extensions on my browser.

Works pretty well! Shows up in bottom right corner as a Percent Done, and when you mouse-over it, gives you all the info you want about your WU. Also shows Networked Units as well! (max of 4 units shown).

Also, when you go into the settings of the extension, if you enable the EOC stats, it adds all the EOC stats for you AND T32 if you put in your EOC number.

Pretty neat!

Just installed it now (after a bit of fiddling with Netscape trying to load it instead of FF). I never could get EMIII working on this machine; this isn't as shiny but it gets the job done.

*note: to install, right-click on the .xpi file "Open With" --> Firefox if downloading from the source site

Another way to install is to open the extensions window (Tools<Extensions) and then drag the .xpi file directly to the window and click install.

I tried it on my Dually, and when you open the extensions box, and click on "Options", it just locks up that window. I will try it on some other machines and see if it works on them. I am using Firefox 1.0.7

No problems at all here with 1.5...maybe FF needs to be updated?

OK, I tried it on my Opteron 165 system that runs foxfire 1.5.0.4....Now it lets me into the options window...but no display on Firefox...yes I tried restarting Firefox.

I'll try updating Firefox on the Dual Opteron system....OK 1.5.0.4 allows me to edit the options box...but it does not show up in the browser.

Works for me on 1.5.0.4. The only thing I ask is why it doesn't somehow display your EOC stats within the browser? I don't want to go to the extensions -> options -> EOC tab to see those stats. Heck, I'll just go to EOC itself... That's a single click.

Overall... pretty cool. Will be a really nice tool after some further development. :thup:

I may have found a bug...

Any Core_82 WU's (Collagens) I've been getting come up as a Null core and zero credit, yet progress normally and there's nothing strange in the log.

Can anyone else confirm this? All other cores on this comp are fine, so I think it's the extension.

i had the same happen to me. I updated the extension, and it gave me the right points.

Huh...any Collagen (Core_82 I believe) WU's are still showing up as a Null core and zero credit. Nothing untoward in the log, so they must be sending properly...oh well.

I still dont see the mod on Firefox , now I am running quite a few scripts on FF and also have a core 82 so maybe I will check it later , but will be a day or so
I do love my firefox scripts , I wonder if they interfere with the F@H scrpit

I'm liking it. The credit setting and user stats arent working for me, but the progress for the units is.
