windows not saving settings

I was messing around with a few windows tweaks and now when i get XP to classic theme and restart , it loads the "normal" windows theme. When i go into settings it says classic which is wrong, i then have to select another theme apply, then back to classic and apply ???? any clue ?

Try restoring the Themes functionality...
