i'm running FSB240, 3.6GHz at 1.400V on Zalman CNPS9500, my highest temp is at 45-53C, idle at 36-38C dependable on the weather. when i tried FSB250 prime95 (1st test) restarts the machine. i run DDR4400 at 3-4-4-8 so i don't think it's their fault. they are 10 runs memtest86 - 0 errors. what's the max V in BIOS i should try with?

For Northwoods, 1.6v would be max on aircooling / watercooling due to SNDS (Sudden Northwood Death Syndrome). Try the vcore @ 1.6v and keeping the load temps under 50.

Whoops, misread the title of the thread lol. For aircooling 1.5v would be MAX for aircooling. As for temps, as long as it's under 60c, I think you will be fine.
