My first order with them was fast, they arrived a day early. I ordered two manager's chairs and a book shelf. One of the chairs were dirty out of the box and looked like it was a return the way it was taped up. The book shelf was wood and the it was cracked on both the supports making it unusable and definitely an unpleasing order, now that i have to return it to a staples store and get a replacement if they even have it.

Bottom line, quick shipping, bad courier (staples courier hence the broken bookshelf), possible recycling of returned items...

Having one close to home, I've never had to try their online site, so this would give someone pause.
