My options are these please tell me what you think or your experience with them are... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820148007 or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820146890R I would like the best quailty for the price... Thank once again for the help time to drink some beer   cause I just worked 10 hours and I need to unwind a bit

Both great choices!

If you are into OC'ing then your're going to love Balistix. These can both do loose timings with high freq and tight with moderate freq, but will require around 3V on the Vdimm.

On the other hand Rev2 from OCZ are probably the most talked about DDR's when it comes to bang for the buck. The scale very nicely (I seen tons of people that got them to 300MHz with 2.5-4-3 timings) and don't require much Vdimm since they are TCC5/TCCD's.

So you can't go wrong with either choices

Thanks for the response I think I will go with the Balistix and see how it goes I need to rework some of my case fans and give it a good cleaning and repalce a few fans to get nice air flow.. And maybe shortly I can water cool a few things thankx once again .....
