Antec PSU

Hi peeps been lookin at these two psu's n im pretty sure which one im gonna get but id like some opinions if possible....which one would do you prefer?

it looks like people have problems with the control panel. if you get the one with out it, its less to worry about. stick to the basics.

what will the PSU be powering?
do you have other options available?

Both of those are the same with the one obvious difference being the panel.
