Well, it looks like you have a good combination as far as CPU and Mobo go. What kind of Heatsink/fan setup are you using? If your still running the stock heatsink/fan combo, I wouldn't expect any stellar overclocking results. How about case ventilation?

You should have a copy of Via Hardware monitor with your KT7A software. If it's not installed, I would suggest you grab your drivers disk, and load ViaHW or grab it from the Abit (http://www.abit.com.tw/) website.

Usually, the best way to begin is to be sure your cooling is up to task. If you want to play around a little while your waiting for that shinny new HSF or fan, be sure you keep your case open to allow for proper cooling.

Check out this guide (http://www.overclockers.com/tips120/index06.asp)from the main page. Should answer a lot of basic questions. Good luck..keep us posted on your progress. Be sure to use Via HW monitor to keep an eye on your temps if you choose to overclock.

What stepping is your processor?

Get yourself a good cooler and connect up your L1s.

I'm running my 1 gig axia at 1400.
