Netmeeting behind nat

I have netmeeting and a webcam as does my best friend, we are both running behind routers (running NAT) and behind zonealarm. How can we get netmeeting to work, or any other video conference program?

There is a list of ports and protocols that you need to open for Netmeeting and some other popular video conferencing software.

Not only do you have to open the ports on the firewall, but one of you will need to forward the port to their comp. Possibly both will have to, but i don't think so.

Always worked fine for me as long as I was the one that was calling out.

If you want to be able to be reached too, then you'll have to go through the port forwarding and set ZoneAlarm to allow it in.

The problem seems to be somehow related to the fact that netmeeting is showing our internal IP addresses.
