well in games such as CS:S or WoW i see random lines of color like

i wouldnt care cause im getting a new system, but i plan on selling the card
(geforce 5700U) so if it is the card, ill be angry! lol
but what do you think it is?
i know i have enough power, the required is about 300 i have 480, i have enough ram hdd cpu power etc

Yup, the card is bad dude, looks like ram is toast.

Run 3Dmark06 and see if you get samething.

3dmark06 is too high for my card, mine is from liek 2003 it got a upper 8k on 01 a few days ago, and around 4-5k on 03 two days ago

Weeel are there artifacts in eaither of those? =)

To put it simple there are a few things you should do to narrow it down:

- Run ATiTool (http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4109.html) for about 20 minutes, watch temps, check for artifacts with the button when it gets high

- Run every game you have and see if anything happens, or if its isolated to that one game, look for corrilations between temperatures if there are any.

ATI Tool is not accurate and should not be used.

As "twoeyes" said: see if anything else gives you artifacts.

Looks like an in-game texture issue to me. Have you tried reinstalling or patching it yet?
