So what I here is true? The new Intel Core 2 Extreme (Conroe XE) Clock speeds are:

Conroe XE Dual Core
Intel Core 2 Extreme X6800 4MB 2.93GHz 1066MHz FSB...Q3
Intel Core 2 Extreme X6900 4MB 3.20GHz 1066MHz FSB...Q4

Kentsfield XE Quad Core
Intel Core 2 Extreme EE Xxxxx 8MB 3.46GHz 1066MHz FSB...Q1 2007

Kentsfield mainstream clock speeds are 2.40GHz-3.20GHz

I need more info please...is this right? :confused:

Those clocks sound a little high for Kentsfields, but a quad core Kent at 3.46ghz with 8mb cache,
