best VALUE board for 805 chip

I'll want to overclock but nothing extreme. Whats the best board for the least money? And what is the name of these chips besides 805?? Thanks

My pick is the P5LD2. And that is there name the "805" is the processors Identification. It is a Smithfield core (2 prescotts on same die).
