View Full Version : ASUS TUSL2-C or Abit ST6?
I am planning to try overclock the 1.2 GHz Tualatin Celeron to 1.6 GHz. I have seen good things said about both the ASUS TUSL2-C and Abit ST6 Mobos. Which would be best for use with this overclocked Celeron?
I realize these boards have different features (e.g. RAID). My only priority is a reliable and stable overcloced processor.

I used to say the TUSL2-c but now since owning one of those as also a ST6 I say the ST6 is the best board for accomplishing this feat between them. I couldn't get my 1.2 @ 1.6 stable on the TUSL2 but I could on the ST6. You will need to do the wire trick on both boards to achieve anything above 1.7v. Some need the extra juice. I did. It seesm the BD133u may be a good board too but that remains to be seen.

I personally think both brands are good and you'd probably have a good shot with either of them, but I'd say you'll get a few more Mhz with an Abit. I like mine, though I have also had excellent results with Asus boards.
Abit ST6 or the iwill BD133U.. Your choice!
