OCZ 450W Modstream + 7900gt ?

Anyone know if an OCZ 450W Modstream (26A) ps is good enough to run a 3200+ venice (won't be overclocked) on an A8N-e with a xfx 7900gt xxx extreme??

(plus 1 160Gb sata hd, sound card, ac freezer64 pro hs, dvd rw, maybe 2-4 80mm fans)

I'm thinking it's fine... just wouldn't be for sli - but since there's only 1 pci-e slot anyways...who cares on this setup.....right?

It would just fine, and there would be room to overclock if there ever was a need.
