How come everytime I install Win Me on my computers it always says the c drive is 1.99GB big instead of 10gb or 15gb?

Did you allow the use of LBA when you FDISKed? Did you set up any partitions aside from C?

Your not using FAT16.... right? :D :beer: :eek: because i *think* fat16 doesnt recognize drives over 2gb...

Try re-fdisking.. And make sure you enable Large Disk Support..

And make sure you choose whether you want it in 2 partitions... Split.

Make sure you didn't type in.. You wanted xxx amount of space only and the rest is still lying there un partitioned.

no, i just made 2 new comuters. I started it up with Win Me . The only option remotely close to a partition was large disk support and i picked no. So if I reinstall winme and enable large disk support will my problem be fixed? If so, how can i reinstall it?
