INT 19h boot problem

Does anybody know what it means when I receive the following

BIOS boot code:
Boot Attempt, this will set the low stack and boot bia INT 19h.

Does anybody know what could be causing it and how to get rid of it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is the context, ie does it display the message against a blue screen and not allow you to do anything else?
Have you tried messing with the BIOS settings, or do you get the error before you get a chance to do that?

It turns out it was just giving me that message because it couldn't detect a fan running as I was running it with a molex at 7v. I tried just sticking the 3 pin connector with only the yellow wire attached to the motherboard. Anybody know why it's not reading the rpm?
