I have looking and can't find out if is a security risk and if there are different ones. It's a XML Document

is this a name of an xml document or a line in the document?

<ROOTSTUB/>
is just a header in XML to denote a certain section of the document. As near as I can tell it is equivilent to the
<HTML>
tags when creating a standard html document. or maybe the body tags.
