How to be a jerk working at AOL.
Do they mention not to actually stop charging the customer until they call about 100 times and make threats?
AOL is, or at least was, notorious for that. Call, stop service, they say it will be done. You get a bill for service. Call again, cancel. Still get a bill. etc.
