Ok as I am still waiteing for some parts, i have spent alot of time thinking about where to put the pump, rad and rez.

Will flow still be ok if the pump is @ the lowest part of the loop?
I was thinking would it be fine if i cut a hole in the bottom of my case and desk . Then have a table below that the pump rad and raz on the table . The way i see it is
1) Below the table the water will have a shorter distance to travel
2) Almost no chance of kinks as the tubes will be going down and not have to bend.
3) there will be less possible leak locations in my case from 10 down to 4
4) I should be possible to dampen the sound so i can run fans @ full speed and extra ones with out having to worry about the noise. At first it will just sit on the table but i way to try and build somthing (i was thinking about in a box with the rad in a pvc tube with a ac fan on eather side with 2 more fans blowing perpenductular to the tube wih air blowing over the fins, the box would kind of be like a sub box with a big port going from 1 side to the other {the big port would have the pvc with the rad in the center and the big ac fans on the outer edge of the box} Im thinking about carpeting the box to reduce the sound )

Thanks for the help

You can also have it sit on the bottom of the case without issue so long as you have the room. Thats what I do.

pump should be at the lowest position in the loop.
Rad should be where it gets plenty of unobstructed COOL air.
res or T is ideal before the pump for easier filling.
