uh...i think celeron-t is like uh...3~5% slower than pIII, but because of its price, it is not a bad idea tho. anyway, i am just in a mood of depression, for i just blew out 350+ of cash, and since tuition is due soon.....:( I'd love the idea of a t-silly, but have to get a new board as well, and I flat out broke now..what the @#$, i will just get a pIII 700. Any site for cheap CPU besides pricewatch.com?

There are bound to be some members that have an extra P-III after doing some upgrades. Why not check out the classified ads here on the front page.

Actually clock for clock the celery-t is about 3~5% faster than a .18u cumine.
