Well it took 2 hours to do it but man I never thought aluminum would come out so shiny.I still have 1 more block to lap tomarrow if i can even move my arm.I built 2 blocks with different designs to see which gets better temps, just waiting on my new case now to throw it all togather.I finally got a digital camera today so heres a pic

I'll bet your arm will feel great tomorrow;), by the way, what where you doing when you where lapping it, watching a movie? I could never imagine sitting around that long to do that. Ohwell, tell us how well it works out.

Well I have had my new water setup running for 12 hours now with prime 95 going and my cpu temp is 31c measured with a digital doc temp sensor touching the cpu, room temp is 75f.I never thought I would get these results with an aluminum block, very happy:D
My digi cam batterys are dead but heres a picture I took of all the components I am using.I have 2 120mm fans running @7v on the heater core and placed in a unique position in my antec sx1240 that I didnt think would be a good idea but its working, pics tommarrow:)
I want to thank everybody for the wisdom on watercooling I got from this forum because a month ago I didnt know anything on the subject nor did I ever think I would use it.
