They appear to be good stuff.

Mushkin eXtreme Performance DDR2-800 1.9V-2.1V (4-4-3-10) $254.99 after $30.00 Mail-In Rebate at newegg (not sure if the rebate is still current)

Legitreviews listed 4-4-4-12 @ 2.3v while running DDR2-946 and relaxed timings of 5-5-5-15 @2.3v yielded DDR2-1042. Techpowerup reviewed this RAM and got DDR2-1104 using relaxed timings.

2.47V seems like it would shorten the lifespan by a lot

That is also above the warranty line which ends at 2.3V. Also the board I used (MSI K9N SLI Platinum) for that is not even close to best one available, even 552MHz failed with 5-5-5-15 timings.

What would have the least issue hitting it? The Mushkin b/c of the timings? If i was to relax them?

I think you'll have a harder time getting 444 FSB out of currently available motherboards, than any of those 3 RAM choices doing DDR2-888.
