I am trying to sync my Palm with the Main Desktop. Unfortunately the Palm has a different internal IP than the Main Desktop does due to the fact that each one is using a different router to access the web.

Any input on how to configure this so that way I can wirelessly sync my Palm with the desktop?

When it's just the Actiontec router, it works flawlessly. Thanks!

Probably your Palm needs to connect to an open port on your PC. Have you portforwarded anything on your Vonage router?

No port forwarding on the Vonage Router.

This is how I am using my 2 routers. Really it just makes the 2nd router a switch.

Change the router's IP's to 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.0.2 (this is just an example, you can have them be anything as long as the first 3 sets of numbers are the same). Disable DHCP on the 2nd router(Vonage) and connect the two routers using the LAN ports. You may need a crossover cable, but it depends on the routers. I didn't need one with my DLink routers.

Some people have said they needed to give static IPs to the computers connected to the 2nd router, but for me the 1st router gives out IPs to all my computers connected to either router. Maybe it depends on the routers used.
