Hi, I have a 1400 Mhz Athlon processor and ABIT KG-7 Lite.
I was overclocked my processor to 1567 Mhz, but I wont 1600 Mhz or more 1800+.
Please tell me, how can I do that.

It really depends so much on the rest of your components and most importantly, how cool is your cpu running.

To break the 1600 barrier you need great cooling for the cpu. I think I've only heard of Vopochill owners getting past 1600 on the 1.4 chips.

Welcome to the fourms:)
people are great here.

steps that may help

1. Make sure your 5v rail on your PSU is ok:) (check in bios or SiSoft sandra). should always be above 4.95v
2. Get a great heatsink and fan, (thermoengine with delta 50cfm)
3. Artic silver II (apply properly)
4. Great Case ventilation and air intake
5. Great ram like 256mb PC 150 OCZ "BLUE ICE" CL2 if you dont have ddr.
6. Up the voltage to the max. maybe even a volt mod if temps are good.
7. Check temperatures (make sure temps are below 55c
8. lower the multiplyer up the fsb

if you have the money and are serious try water cooling, u may getbetter results.

its my best advice theres probablly better, but hey it worked for me
