Hey all, new to the fourms, pleasure to be aboard, it seems like alot of people here really have a good grasp on technology. I hope I can contribute in some way .

At any rate, iv been working on my new system and I was waiting on OCZ Ram DDR535 (i think its 535, im not sure), PC4200 2.5-3-3-8 (If im not mistaken) but heres the delimia, ocz stoped making them and the person i was supposibly getting the ram from has conked-out. So I need to find new ram for my system. I read around, and well heres teh best that I came up with for new modules:

OCZ DDR500 PC4000
500MHZ DDR
CL 3-3-3-8 (CAS-TRCD-TRP-TRAS)
2.8volts

I wanted to check with some people if it will work with my
Opteron 175 Denmark + ASUS A8n-SlI premium?
also, do you think its pretty much the best ram i can buy for this machine?

PC43000, ddr533. That should be fine.

Plus that rebate is pretty nice too. and welcome to the forms

pc4300 ddr533???? isn't that for ddr2? which my motherboard cant support.
