Which Radiator should I get?

Heater Core from Danger Den -35.00 (http://www.dangerden.com/test/mall/radiators.asp)

OR

Radiator from 2CoolTek-30.00 (http://2cooltek.safeshopper.com/10/176.htm?760)

OR

Something at a junkyard?

Get the heater core.
Also you might consider a more powerful pump, a rio 180 is pretty weak.

I'd suggest going 1/2" all over and getting an inline pump / res setup as inline pumps tend to give lower temps. A danner magdrive or an eheim is a good choice for inline pumps and cost a similar price to that leufken one.

How about the ViaAqua 480 at Leufken (http://www.leufkentechnologies.com/watercooling.shtml)

ViaAqua 480. This is an inline 'mag drive' TRUE 200GPH pump. 3/8" barbs (for 1/2" hose). 110vAC. Makes zero noise, runs very cool. Draws about 4.6 watts.
