Looking for good ASUS mobo to match with 930 or 940 CPU

Hey all I'm building a new computer and was looking for a good Asus motherboard with an intel chipset must be a good overclocker to match with a 930(3GHZ) or 940(3.2GHZ) P4.

Was looking at a P5B going for $190.

Something around that price range would be good.

That board will do you good. Asus makes the best Intel MB money can buy.

I think I've heard that particular model has limitations such as only allows 2.1v memory, which can hinder OCing high-end memory. Nonetheless, it's a great board. Native support for DDR-800 is always a plus. That board will also allow a upgrade to Intel Core 2 Duo processors.

I recommend spending a bit more on a Core 2 Duo E6300. It will spank the 930\940 and only cost a little more.

And man are you in for a suprise with this new build. It's going to feel like a space shuttle launching(ever see that, truely amazing) compared to your current rig

And the E6400 could net you up to roughly 400 more mhz. on your overclock for not much more.
