So I've been experiencing my share of BSOD alot of lately along with
random lock ups and software crashes.

I assumed it was my overclocked 940 D so I set everything back to
default. No improvement.

Did 2 Windows clean install, both installation went smoothly without
problems but there stability issues with the 1st install, hence why I
did a 2nd one. It was a bit more stable but nothing miraculous.

Clueless, I looked around here and discovered Memtest. So I get the
software and started the testing.

Now, I'm not sure if what I saw was right, but it recorded over 170
errors and even froze during the testing.

My memeory is rated to run at 1.8v but I set it at 1.9v

Anyway, did I read right or messed up something?

Either bad RAM or you have your memory timings set too low.

170 errors is alot though. How long was it running for before it froze?

It ran for about 5 minutes.

I'll run it again and take some pics. I didn't tweak anything, left the memory
timing on default.
