oem difference??

why is oem much cheaper than retail. do they only include the hardware, and not the software?

with OEM you only get the product. Example hard disk OEM: hard disk maybe the driverdisk, retail: hard disk, cable, screws, rails, software, and literature.

Also the warranty may be better for a retail product compared with the same OEM product.

I usually buy OEM to save money though.
