Is it better to run the FSB alot higher or to run the Multiplier alot Higher or adjust them both a little?

up the fsb as much as you can before components other than your cpu start to crap out. This will boost overall performance, unlike multiplier overclocking which just boosts cpu performance. Once youhave maxed out your fsb, you can start on the multiplier.
I think what you should try to do is a little of both. Runs the fbs up as high as it will go with them memory timing as aggressive as possible. Then start rising the mutiplier.

i think you should go with the FSB you will notice your speed more .

I agree with this, now as if that was worth anything:p, 'cause you want a total performance increase not just one side of the equation.
