Alright, now that I got it, I want to volt mod it. Barring the fact that I know nothing about multimeters or electronics.
I saved the 7950GX2 BIOS from both cards using Nvflash 5.33 (5.36 doesn't seem to work) and used Nibitor 2.9a to open it. It reads all of the values as it should. Everyone remember the 7800GT BIOS volt mod? I wonder if it works on the 7950?
Now, under the "Voltages" tab it doesn't have any additional options in the drop down like in the 7800GT BIOS. However, under "Tools"->"Voltage Table Editor" you are able to add VID's that then allow for additional options under the "Voltages" tab. Makes me wonder if it will work. If it does, bonus, but I'm a little afraid to try it as I JUST got the damn thing. Not to mention, heat.
I'll keep you posted. I'm going to see if I grow the nuts to do it tonight. Then again, :beer: and OC'ing/tweaking don't mix too well. Probably wait until tomorrow.
