NTLDR is missing---How to fix???

This is my first build and when I got about half way through my windows installation I got a blue screen error. Now every time I try it again, I get the "ntldr is missing press ctrl+alt+delete to restart". Needless to say I have restarted many times. How do I fix this? Thanks for your help as I am stumped.

Make sure you have your CD-ROM selected to boot before your HDD.

Have you ever used the Recovery console from the XP cd?

Reinstall Windows, not just try to boot from harddisk, until your install works without a BSOD. Only fixing the NTLDR problem will not help you.
