Which is better an intel nic or 3com, 2 of my friends have intel and said intel are better than 3com. Which one is better to overclock? Thanks.

I'm using the 3com, but I don't think you can lose either way between 3com and Intel! :)

Before i bought mine i read many reviews on NIC's and the 3com 905 seemed one of the best. SO thats what i bought.

We have a mixture of 3com and intel in my office and I can safely say the 3coms have fewer problems and the drivers are easier to get.

I've used both 3Com and Intel and both have proven to be pretty good...I believe Intel is a bit cheaper though.

ditto o0n the 3com but i personaly prefer netgear unless you need extreemly anal diagnostic tools netgear is cheaper and just as reliable plus good 24/7 tech support is a plus
