I really like the graphical interface on my desktop with the graphs from NHC. Speedfan is cool, but it just isn't as awesome as NHC. You can't run NHC on a desktop?

I just installed it and it ran fine on my desktop machine (Athlon XP machine)

It's really not going to have a lot of fuctionality besides maybe temp monitoring. Speedfan can actually be used to control your fan speed based on temps and that kind of stuff (along with other stuff)

Maybe you should try Motherboard Monitor

It's a pretty good program...and what I use (because speedfan wouldn't work on my old DFI board)
