How to clean the thermal guck from CPU?

I usually just use something to scrape it off. Just wondering what methods you fellows use? Or if there are some good alternate ways. Perhaps rinse it with water? Ha, got you didn't I?

hmm.. yea u can just boil it in hot water and it'll just disolve... :p no but some nice rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover should work nicely. :D
