my brother's p4 2.8 prescott, 512ram comp needs a new mobo.. the dell stock one doesnt have an AGP nor a PCI E slot. I need a motherboard that can fit in my old gf4200 and/or a new video card that we'll upgrade to soon for him. Any good reccomendations? I'm looking for good reliability, features, and for a good cheap price (<$50?). Good overclockablility is a huge bonus.
Secondly, with a new mobo on a dell comp.. would i have to reformat and reinstall windows? i hear it gives problems to DELL's version of the windows OS if you make any serious changes (oh, and also the new video card).
