I cant get into windows, I get the Blue Screen of Death after the initial Win2K boot up screen... I will be trying to mod my mobo to be able to put more juice on my MPU...and see if it gets into windows and be able to run some test....
got into windows at 1090Mhz but failed Prime95 immediately...
pretty stable now at 1064Mhz.... ( bridging the L7's made the difference )
btw, Tadaima!!!!!!
Congrats on your o/c.:) You might be able to get more with a volt mod, if you don't, it's still respectable!

thanks... yeah, 1064Mhz is quite respectable... but it has been my goal to hit 1.1G with this baby... and I can see that it can ( with air cooling only )....

get a copper HSF like the glactiator II or whatever
might help

yeah, maybe later, but at the moment, heat is really not a problem... maybe when I can get my Vcore to 2.0V then a Glaciator will come in handy....:)
Perhaps the PSU is causing the instability. I can get my AJFA 1000 to bott all the way up to 1280+ but the 5V rail drops to 4.3 and I get a stop error or a deep freeze, right now I am using a generic 300W (350W enermax on the way). Just a thought.

I think that is a great o/c. I have a Duron 750@1.0Ghz, and am super happy...you should be too! That is a great bunch of free speed.
Good Job!
Great job but your title tricked me!

Nice OC LinkStatic. I don't think my Duron will hit 1 gig i think if i lower my FSB down it might but 170FSB sure makes up for it and then some :)

thanks guys, I've done the volt mod on my KK266 to had 2V for my Vcore but it didn't change a thing, I still got the BSOD at start up... I think its time to consider new and better cooling.....:)
I understand where you're coming from! I got about 133mhz more after my volt mod, but need better cooling. Air cooling can only take so much!
