I use the 84.21
Me too. I installed the new ones and I had issues, too.
I use the XTreme-G 84.37 v2
They seem to give the best image quality without sacrificing performance.
This topic brings up a question. I had seen it stated before that the best driver to use is the LAST release before the issue of the next model. After that they are working on optimizing the driver for the newer card. Could this be true?
And on topic, I am using 91.31 with my SLI'd 7800's. No issues but I have seemed to have lost some fps. I was running and older set and getting great rates in the GTR2 Demo. I read about a 87.25 Beta that had some Thread Optimizing for Dual Core CPU's and GPU's and tried them but did take a fps hit, which I did not expect. The 91.31's are about the same. Now to remember what I was using. I need to start making notes.

The 87.25s have the thread optimization as well... have a look here (http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=459017&highlight=beta+driver)... they were fantastic for my opty 165 + 6800gs agp setup.
