Looking for a video resolution changer thing

I've got a PocketPC and I'd like to load some videos onto my SD card; however as the PocketPC has only got a 4" screen I don't want to waste space by having videos at more than 320x240 resolution.

I don't really know anything about video manipulation - how should I go about doing this? I'd be wanting to change files of XviD and DivX type mainly.

you basically will have to re-encode the files at smaller res and a format your pocketpc can play.
