Has anyone tried this Zalman bracket (http://www.zalmantech.com/BR123.html) to concentrate airflow over the cpu/hsf? Will it disrupt the airflow in the case; cool air coming in the bottom and exiting out the back? It is either this bracket or the 2CoolPC-Plus unit to cool my cpu/hsf. Thanks.

i think it is designed for the zalmen flower heatsink which does not use a fan, i dont think it will help you

I had a 2coolturbo and it did a decent job but I got rid of it after I installed a side blowhole right over the cpu/pci card area.
If you dont want to chop up your case I would go with the 2cool product.
I also modded my 2cool by using a 120 mill fan running on a rheostat.
It was like this:
92 mill intake in front of case--> redirected air with 2cool---> exit air with pci slot blower and 80 mill top exhaust fan and psu fan
Case was always just a couple degrees over ambient.

Thanks everyone. I guess I will try the 2cool product until I get enough courage to cut up my case.
