whata a rough guide to a safe 24/7 vdimmon ddr2 ? currently runnig my corsair at 2.1 and get the feeling im gonna need more but is it gonna fry it ?

2.3 is fine. Ram usually emits negligible amounts of heat, and some people have been known to pump 2.5 into their ram...
