Yes i sis check the database, but not ALL results are there, just some. So since i have this chip, and cannot seem to get 1600 out of it, i just wanted some other results. Imrunning a 200watt PS, yes i know that sux, but up to 1530 mhz i run all day no probs, so i think it is ok for now. +5v is 4.92, so that aint too bad. If you have over 1530 mhz stable please ell me how u did it
Athlons suck power, your power supply is only 200watts.:( It might not have enough juice to go any higher I would recommend going to 400+watt power supply. Here is AMD's recommend list.

yes, i am getting a PS as soon as i can, but i always blow $$$ on other stuff before i do it. Also getting a new case. Yes i still do not knoiw how in the heck it runs my system on a 200watt max PS, my chip takes 90watts alone. But i only got 5 fans, 1 HDD, and one CDR. maybe that is why, i just though that it would gradually become unstable to do the power. Its just on=stable off= not stable.....

I'm using that cpu also. With a Abit KG7 mobo with a Fortron/ Source 350 watt psu . It runs stable 11x146 @ 1606 and have had it higher
Athlon AYHJA Y 1.4 @ 1.65 GHz (2.05V) @ 11 X 150 MHz
Shuttle AK31V2 KT266 Motherboard with Voltage Mod
Thermalright SK6 HS with 40 cfm 7K YS Tech Fan
It'll post and get into Windows at 1.67 GHz, but isn't stable so 1.65 GHz is the max on air cooling.

i can boot at 10.5x153=1606, and 11x146=1606, that is just what i want, but 3dmark and stuff i get booted out of usually it locks, and this is not even overclocking the card. I am at a max volts of 1.85 and have pencilied in the L7 bridges, but still NO MORE VOLTS, do u think with a voltmod that i can get it stable. My temps are good with my Glaciator and my 29cfm 60mm( 1530mhz is like 41-42 idle 45 load) fan, i actually have a 47 cfm Panaflow and a 60mm to 80mm adaptor, with that i should get a fre degrees less, and maybe then i can get it wehre i wnat it.
So do u think wiht those temps and settings, i need MORE VOLTS or LESS TEMP? hopefully i can do both, also should i try less agressive mem settings.
set at SPD-=133mhz, cas2 2,6,2 1t command rate, and 4way interleave-tuyrbo settings. Shoud i go for maybe no interleave and cas 2.5, or maybe just go to cas 2 normal or fast settings?

Hmmmm my vcore is only 1.825 and works fine. I tired the higher fsb at first but was unstable. Since I did it this way things have been stable for 45 days. I think you'll get it:D
I have 2.5 cas Crucial 2100 DDR and changed it to 2.0 cas with np. hope this helps. BTW my temps full load are 48c
I've got two of those and both will do 1.7GHz at 1.95V.
I've got one at 1.66GHz (10X166) on my 8K7A+ at 1.92V and the other at 1.6GHz (10X160) on my 8KHA+ at 1.96V. Heat was starting to become a problem so I dropped them down a little bit.

how hard was the voltmod, and can u do it by penciling the L7's or just a regular solder
I used some Radio Shack Micro-clips to do it with. Instructions are in the Volt Mod thread in AMD Motherboards (it's a sticky at the top).
Wasn't easy to do with those and I wouldn't recommend them but I'd rather use those again as opposed to soldering.
Penciling in the L7's will give you a little extra (in my case it probably would have been enough) but in most cases it just doesn't give enough.
My 1.4 will post all the way up to 1733 @1.85.
It only runs prime95 stable at 1.6@1.80vcore though.
I know it has 1733 in it, but I'm not willing to do a volt mod and go to watercooling to acheive that.

I cant seem to increase the FSB at all on my rig. I can only oc stable at 11.5 X 133. Its annoying!

im hitting 1.6 but its 133 x 12
and running it at 1.90 volts but i need more volts to get it stable otherwise it will lockup after a period of time, temps stay under 44C @ full load.

im there also i can run at 12x133 (that is the max X i can use) but still system lacks due to underclocking RAM. Id love 10x160or 10.5x153 or so, i can get to 1628 mhz and run in windows but i get random lockups. Also i sis my L7's and now it boots at a default of 1.85vcore, thing is my options are now, -1.0, c-0.75, -0.50, and +0.00, the very first time i did it iit had optino to go +1 again

I got mine stable at 155x10 @ 1.75, with better cooling i bet i could get this baby higher.

Geezz man, all u guyz r running 1.4+ @ 1.8V!! i can just get it running @1.470@1.95V!! i feel bad now:(
BTW OCJackson, i dun think with ur current temp itz safe to do any more Vcore, i try to do 1.6Ghz@2.0V but the temp just junp all the way from 42c(1.470@1.95) to 55c!! just to boot into the bios, so yer i dun recommanded it.

I have the same mobo and cpu, I can't seem to get my FSB anything over 137, my mouse doesn't work with anything higher then 137, and running at 1606 what is the setting for your core voltage?

Update: I was just able to increase my FSB to 143 and freq to 11. Now running at 1.573:D ! I think it might have been a temperature issue, becasue when I had my wbk38 on i could not increase fsb, but now with my Glaciator II, i can.
