I was wondering how it was. I currently have an Audigy 4, which performs nicely but what's really lacking in my sound components is my headphones. The way I figure, should I keep my Audigy 4 / my crappy headphones, or sell my SB Audigy 4 and buy some nice Sennheiser HD280s? Feedback please.

Well I would keep your SB Audigy 4. You can always grab new cans when you can, but on-board sound is on-board sound. I am still using a A2 ZS and love it with my Altec MX5021's, but will soon be getting a nice pair of headphones. Bottom line sound cards are not going anywhere so long as Creative has the market cornered.

Any Audigy series is better than onboard even the latest HD audio. My Audigy 2 ZS is much better than onboard Realtek 822M HD.
